About Our Family:
We’re a loving, down-to-earth family seeking a dependable, nurturing, and engaging full-time nanny to care for our 20 month old daughter (turns 2 in March!). She’s sweet, very social and loves to run around—we’re looking for someone who will support her development, follow her established routines, and ensure she feels safe, secure, and loved throughout the day. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and fully present, with a strong understanding of toddler development. All responsibilities should be carried out with her safety, joy, and growth as the top priority. Will also have some household management: dishes, laundry, tidying, meal prep. Looking for someone who will care for our little girl, keep the house tidy and make our busy lives a little easier
Nanny Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience caring for infants and toddlers, Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate milestones, Up to date on CPR certification, Up to date on flu vaccination. Someone who is proactive, seek opportunities to help/organize/clean/lesson plan vs needing a to do list. Must be on time and punctual.

Laundry Care For Children

Doing the dishes and keeping the children's play areas tidy
Grocery Shopping
Errands
Transporting Children (dropping off and picking up children from school, activities, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Excellent References (2 childcare related)
CPR Certified (or willing to become certified)
Clean background check
Up-to-Date driver’s license & clean driving record
Nannies to Love Requirements:
Passion for working with children on a daily basis
Must have patience
Follow the family’s rules & routines
Respect the family’s wishes
