Full Time House Manager/Nanny in Naperville

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM
*11-3pm House related duties such as but not limited to:
Groceries, coordinating household maintenance, planning activities/signing up for activities, helping organize, restock, etc.)
*3-7pm After school activities/meals
Pay:
Salary pay $75k-80k based on experience
Guaranteed hours
Paid through Poppins Payroll
Benefits:
80 Hours Total

About Our Family:
We have a wonderful 14 month old baby girl, she has been home with a full time nanny that unfortunately is coming to an end. We've secured her a Montessori spot and we're excited that she can be in a social environment and continue to learn and explore. We are both entrepreneurs running a million miles an hour, we have a combination of working from home / going into office.
Important to note that we are a vegetarian home and would prefer no meat brought into the home.
Nanny Must be:
Focused on supporting growth and development.
Not intended to be a “second parent” role, but rather a professional caregiver who supports our parenting approach.
Able to create engaging activities that encourage curiosity.
Skilled at fostering developmental milestones in a structured, supportive way.
Strong ability to self manage, does not need constant direction, and communicates professionally with parents during handoffs.
A true professional with references and at least a couple of years of experience, ideally with one family.
Someone interested in a long term role as our nanny as we grow our family.
Duties:
Laundry Care For Children
Doing the dishes and keeping the children's play areas tidy
Potty Training
Preparing Meals
Errands
Grocery Shopping,
Transporting Children (dropping off and picking up children from school, activities, etc.)
Aiding Your Children With Their Schoolwork
House Manager Duties:
Manage food / snacks / restocking / replacement
Pick up fresh fruits/veggies
Prepare simple meals / snack kits
Manage the maintenance of our house (coordinate landscaping with our vendor/repairs/manage our housekeeper)
Toy Rotations
Organizes & refill pantry
Weekly fridge sweep
Odd tasks- Help manage returns /Holiday Cards / after school activity registrations
Job Requirements:
Excellent References (2 childcare related)
CPR Certified (or willing to become certified)
Clean background check
Up-to-Date drivers license & clean driving record
Must have own car for regular transport of child
Nannies to Love Requirements:
Passion for working with children on a daily basis
Must have patience
Follow the family’s rules & routines
Respect the family’s wishes
