About the Family:
We both have large, extended families, Mom's side has the most children, with our littlest one being #14. Dad's side is predominantly older with a handful of kids. Family is very important to us, we all get together often, enjoy planning functions together, and occasionally vacation together as well. We highly enjoy our social circles, and look forward to having some help so we can liven those areas of our life up a bit with the right assistance. Not to mention, keeping up with all that life throws at us with Dad's work as well as daily routines for Mom.
Nanny Must be:
Someone that is patient, kind, understanding, a teacher when needed, and nurturing by nature. We'd appreciate someone that's friendly and socializes well with others. Our ideal candidate is willing to invest in our children's future, provide meal planning for the children/occasionally for us as it pertains to dinner as a family, engage with the kids' specific needs, and seek out local activities for opportunities to get out of the house. Ultimately, a sense of humor is a huge help, being down to earth is a desired trait, reliability, punctuality, being a self starter, as well as having great communication skills are a few other important traits we're looking for too.
