Our son has developmental delays and autism and so needs somebody with extra patience and preferably experience with special needs kids. We do not do ABA therapy, but we have a DIR floortime therapist he sees once a week.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 usual schedule, but needs to be flexible

Pay: $23-$28 per hour (1.5x over 40h)

About Our Family:
Our son was born in London in 2020 and we moved here as a family in summer 2023. Mom works in the insurance industry, and Dad will be in school full time in the fall. Mom travels about 5-8 days per month.
Nanny Must be:We want somebody who feels like a part of the parenting team and is loving and caring toward our son, while instilling a firm sense of routine and disciplined expectations. We are passionate about continued learning and would want somebody who actively helps him with reading, counting, writing, shapes, etc.
Duties:
Laundry Care For Children Doing the dishes and keeping the children's play areas tidy
Preparing Meals Bathing Children
Grocery Shopping
Errands
Transporting Children (dropping off and picking up children from school, activities, etc.)
Aiding Children With Their Schoolwork
Job Requirements:
Excellent References (2 childcare related)
CPR Certified (or willing to become certified)
Clean background check
Up-to-Date drivers license & clean driving record
Must have own car for regular transport of child
Nannies to Love Requirements:
Passion for working with children on a daily basis
Must have patience
Follow the family’s rules & routines
